Townshend Village Hall (a nice clean & warm space – 10 minutes drive from both Hayle and Penzance)
Tuesdays: Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga 6.30pm – 8pm
Thursdays: NEW Gentle Hatha Yoga 9.30am-10.45am £7
This session will be taught at a gentle pace and may be the best place to begin if you are fairly new to the practice of yoga or require a slower paced session to my 1.5hr classes.
Thursday’s: starting on 15th November – New Restorative Yoga 6.30pm-7.45pm £8
This Session is the perfect opportunity to open up the body whilst resting down the mind. You’ll enjoy the total support of me as your teacher, but also lots of yoga props to assist you in postures where comfort is key!
When we feel supported in a held safe space the body embarks on a beautiful healing journey. So if you’re constantly ‘doing’ and find it hard to just ‘be’ then this is the class for you. Think stillness, relaxation, and inner peace…
Restorative yoga combines supported postures with mindful breathing practices and relaxation techniques to help relax the body and the mind. * This session will need to be Pre-Booked by calling or texting 077986 57452
Fridays: Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga 9.30am-11am (Only during school term)
All 1.5 hour classes are £8 drop in, or you can purchase a block of 5 classes for £35
If you are a complete beginner to yoga, a 1.2.1 session with me would benefit you.

Karli’s general classes are suited to all levels of yoga ability. From complete beginner to a regularly practiced student. Each class will offer variations/modifications on posture and flow.
Occasional Saturday classes – you’ll find these details on Karli’s blog page – one 2 one or small group tuition is another option.
