Learn techniques to help you both physically and mentally – we’ll be stretching into places you may not have explored for some time!
We’ll look at postures that will help encourage further flexibility, strength and over all connection back to your body.
• Better Breath Awareness. When we become aware of our breath the physical tensions begin to unravel and the mind embarks on a peaceful mission too.
• How to better relax; mentally & physically. There are many techniques and tools we can learn that will help the process towards better over all health and wellbeing.
• You don’t have to have done any yoga before. If you can breathe then you’re perfect. Yoga isn’t just about the physical it’s also about learning to listen to your body. We’ll be doing lots of that.
