Yoga practice at Townshend Village Hall; a nice clean and warm space just 10 minutes drive from both Hayle and Penzance.

Please bring a mat and blanket for relaxation.

All classes are £8 drop in, or you can purchase a block of 5 classes for £35.

All are welcome and encouraged to pop along.
