Saturday 6th of July
• 10.30-12.30 ‘Let’s journey to Handstand’ with some warm up drills, preparing the body and the mind for take off! No experience needed just a willingness to have some summer inversion fun. This session will be fairly physical, but you don’t have to do it all.
12.30-1.15 Lunch (Soup & Salad)
• 1.15 – 2.45 ‘Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra’ – this session is all about unwinding the body and the mind. Think ‘Gooey Yoga’! Supported postures to open the body and invite a sense of calm to the mind in a relaxed and held environment. Learn the art of total relaxation. When we spend time sinking into stillness this way the body embarks on a complete healing adventure. It is encouraged to settle into a place of rest and digest; the parasympathetic nervous system – inner equilibrium, complete balance.
2.45-3.30 – Tea and cakes to finish 😋#yum
