Silence is precious, recognise how much of a “monkey mind” we have cultivated – conditioned to always move out to the sense objects in search of happiness. We need to seek a balance. Witness and acknowledge what’s arising, without getting involved with the “me and my life movie” – Instead freeing yourself up from the personal involvement, by enjoying the spaces in between. Freedom from the story will free the pent up emotions, such as pain and sadness. Be detached, by simply acknowledging, removing all emotional attachment and involvement. Regularly look into your heart and mind gently, to enquire into the nature of the mind – your true essence. Beauty is with-in. Nothing outside of yourself will give you what you cultivate inside.
