The love of yoga

November 1, 2013July 7, 2016in News

Practicing yoga regularly is a fantastic way to support the fascia, a type of connective tissue which wraps around every cell, tissue and organ in the body.

Well functioning fascia will support the skeletal and muscular systems.  However, if one carries out repetitive actions, therefore stressing certain parts of the body, or has an injury, then the fascia can over develop causing a restriction in movement and potentially pain.

A weekly balanced class will educate your body and mind to work in union, creating an internal environment of equilibrium, which will assist in keeping the fascia flexible and fluid.  Essential for a free moving posture.

‘ Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending ‘ ~Carl Bard~

I feel very blessed to be sharing my love of yoga with each committed student, so thanks heaps for your continued enthusiasm, you’re all ACE. It really is a unique practice – with commitment and eagerness for continual learning, you will definitely reap the benefits on all levels. Practice, and all will come – as with anything, the more you put in, the more you’ll get out. “Homework!” Little and often throughout the summer . Have a fab sunshine filled few weeks. Love and light Karly X
