I love how yoga teaches us to sense our whole body in a posture. If we over work in our strong and more flexible parts the pose quickly fatigues. To find complete stillness and balance it’s necessary to integrate every little part of you. This week in class I have been sharing how the practice of yoga is a whole body experience
I continue to be amazed at how quickly we lose sense of where our body parts are located
It’s not something most of us necessarily need to think about on a day to day basis!
Until of course that body part begins to create a bit of noise and we’re made to listen and act #backs #hips #shoulders ✨Yoga is the perfect practice for getting to know yourself, inside and out I look very much forward to sharing more Mat time with y’all in 2018.
